Pure polyurethane dispersion

Product Description: is an aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed specifically for architectural coatings with excellent film properties (excellent water, weathering, dirt pickup and yellowing resistance), workability (water washable).  It has no fire hazard.  It is APEO (Alkylphenol ethoxylate) free, and free of added formaldehyde.  It is compatible with most acrylic emulsions, and can be used to upgrade the film performance of emulsion based coatings.     

Uses:  high gloss and matt pigmented finish of exterior architectural coatings.

Viscosity (25^oC): max 200 cP

MFFT: 44 ^oC

Stability: stable under recommended storage conditions.  

Storage Condition: store in closed original container in cool (5 to 30^oC) and well ventilation areas away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze the product. Do not leave the product uncovered for extended periods of time; it is recommended to use up all the packed material after opening the drum. When stored properly, the resin has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Packing:  200 kg in open head metal drums packed inside with 2 liners of HDPE plastic bags.
