Pure polyurethane dispersion

Product Description: is an aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion with ultra low VOC.  It has excellent dried film mechanical properties with great tensile and elongation strength.  It is yellowing resistant and has good hand soft feel.  It has no fire hazard, and good workability (water washable).  It is APEO (Alkylphenol ethoxylate) free and free of added formaldehyde.   It is compatible with most acrylic emulsions, and can be used to upgrade the film performance of emulsion based coatings.    

Uses:  This resin has versatile applications, from leather and textile finishes, to wood coatings, architectural coatings, and many other industrial applications which require good mechanical properties and tensile and elongation strength.

Stability: stable under recommended storage conditions. 

Storage Condition: store in closed original container in cool (5 to 30^oC) and well ventilation areas away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze the product. Do not leave the product uncovered for extended periods of time; it is recommended to use up all the packed material after opening the drum. When stored properly, the resin has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture; performance assessment is recommended before use after more than 12 months of extended storage.

Packing:  200 kg in open head metal drums packed inside with 2 liners of HDPE plastic bags.
