Modified polyurethane dispersion

Product Description: is a low co-solvent, aliphatic urethane acrylic copolymer dispersion designed specifically for industrial uses in clear coat finishes with excellent film properties: excellent hardness, high gloss, good adhesion, and good scratch, abrasion, water and yellowing resistance.  It is compatible with most acrylic emulsion, and can be used to upgrade the film performance of emulsion based coatings.     

Uses:  clear coat on parquet flooring, furniture, kitchen cabinet, and other industrial wood coatings.

Solid content: 35 ± 1 % (Non-volatile)

pH:  7 - 9

Viscosity (25ºC): max 100 cP

MFFT: 24 ºC

Stability: stable under recommended storage conditions.  

Storage Condition: store in closed original container in cool (5 to 35^oC) and well ventilation areas away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze the product. Do not leave the product uncovered for extended periods of time. When stored properly, the resin has a shelf life of at least 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Packing:  200 kg in open head metal drums packed inside with 2 liners of HDPE plastic bags.
