Materials for Artificial Leather Manufacturing
PUD (polyurethane dispersion) for artificial leathers
Gaia-PUD 802
Product Description: is an anionic aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed specifically for use as a foam (body) coat in the manufacturing of polyurethane (PU) artificial leathers (synthetic leathers) to provide excellent performance: excellent rebound elasticity, good resistance to thermal tackiness, non-tacky, and yellowing resistance. It has excellent cost performance. It does NOT contain APEO, tin, or organic amine neutralizers.
Uses: as the foam (body) coat layer in the manufacturing of PU artificial leathers. Use cautions: 1). Do not mix this resin under strong shear force; when pigment is to be added, pre-mix the pigment well before mixing with the resin; 2). Use deionized water if dilution of the resin is required.
