Materials for Artificial Leather Manufacturing
PUD (polyurethane dispersion) for artificial leathers
Gaia-PUD 804
Product Description: is an anionic/nonionic aliphatic aqueous polyurethane dispersion designed specifically for use as a skin coat (top coat finish) in the manufacturing of polyurethane (PU) and polyvinylchloride (PVC) artificial leathers (synthetic leathers) to provide excellent performance: high gloss, harder hand feel, excellent resistance to low/ambient temperature flex-bend and yellowing. It has good cost performance. It does NOT contain APEO, tin, or organic amine neutralizers.
Uses: as the skin coat (top coat finish) layer in the manufacturing of PU artificial leathers. It can also be used for direct coating on various textiles for functional improvement as well as to provide air breathability.
