Molecular weight:  149.59 / 115.15 g/mol (individual ingredient); 264.752 g/mol (3:1 mixture)

Chemical and Physical Properties:

Active ingredient content: 14% (total active ingredient) in water, stabilized with inorganic salts

Appearance & Physical State: light yellow to light brown clear liquid

pH:  1.0 - 3.0

Melting Point: not applicable at normal ambient temperature

Boiling Point: 100°C at 760 mmHg

Flash Point: not applicable (water solution non-combustible)

Stability: stable at normal temperatures and pressures

Storage Condition: cool and well ventilation areas, away from light and heat; product decompose at above 50°C, generating gases (hydrogen chloride, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides).  Accumulation of gases could cause pressure build-up in closed systems. Avoid storage at temperatures above 40°C (104°F). Avoid contact with amines, mercaptans, oxidizers, and reducing agents.

Packing:  200 kg plastic drum

Product Description and Uses:  is a non-formaldehyde releasing, effective in-can preservative widely used in the paints & coatings, personal care, cosmetics industries, paper coatings, water treatment, fuel preservatives and many other industrial applications.
